Code belongs to you

Broken Pie
Broken Pie Private Limited has been building multi-level marketing software since 2020. We have watched the industry move from spreadsheet payouts to smart contracts — and we have rebuilt our stack twice to keep up.
Broken Pie Private Limited has been acquired by Carnix Connect. The company continues to operate under its own name, with the same delivery team, the same engineers on the same projects, and every existing contract honoured on its original terms.
What changes is capacity. Carnix Connect brings infrastructure, a dedicated security review group and a longer support window — so the platforms we ship get watched over for longer, by more people.

The rule has not moved since the first project: the client leaves with the code. Everything else — the language, the architecture, the chain — is negotiable.
Two engineers in Assam, one binary-plan project, and a conviction that MLM software did not have to be a black box you rent forever.
A client's cycle night produced duplicate credits. We rebuilt settlement as an idempotent, replayable queue — the architecture we still ship today.
Verification, rate limiting and signature checking moved out of PHP into memory-safe Rust services that could survive a launch-day traffic spike.
Multi-accounting and payout anomalies became a modelling problem. We started training risk models on each client's own network data.
First fully on-chain plan engine goes live: commissions in an audited contract, non-custodial wallets, public verifier for members.
Broken Pie joins Carnix Connect, keeping its name, its team and its handover policy — with a much larger engineering bench behind it.
They cost us deals occasionally. They have also never cost us a client after delivery.

Every compensation plan is modelled and simulated before UI work starts. You approve worked payout examples, not a wireframe.
We quote the date we believe, not the date that wins the deal. If a scope change moves it, you hear about it the same week.
KYC, audit trails, payout caps and jurisdiction rules are built into the data model — not bolted on when a regulator asks.
You talk to the engineer building your payout engine, not to a layer that relays messages. Each project runs with a technical lead who stays with it from the first compensation call through to handover and beyond.
Send your compensation structure and we will respond within one working day with a fixed quote, a delivery date and a demo you can click through.
